Question for admin Ron (Aus/Euro online vs US online)

Hi Admin Ron. I have a question about online play in regard to different version of PS3 Top Spin 3.

Will the online feature be region-locked? The reason that I asked is that NBA 2K8 online is region-locked. Australian version is on a different server from US version.

I have USA NBA 2K8 and my friend has Australian NBA 2K8. When we both get online, I have around 400 users on my server (US version) while my friend only has 60 users on his server. We can not see each other in the lobby, so NBA 2K8 is definitely region-locked for online play. I don't know if Top Spin 3 will be region-locked just like NBA 2K8. If that is the case, then I can make sure to purchase the same version as my friends. This is for PS3 by the way.
