You know the load screens where they show tips for the game? Well it goes by so quick that I never have time to read the tip. Is there anywhere I can go to read through all the tips?

LOL I noticed this as well. Instead of a loading screen the tips should be up while it loads. OMG this is a basic game design concept. Allow them to read a tip while they wait... come on guys.
As for your question - the answer is no. But your manual and the training section will cover all of those tips.

Hi...
You can see the stats of opponent before starting the game, while you are in the lobby waiting for start the game , if you select the other player you can see his stats, achievements, name, country etc etc...
Do it quickly before the time run out , and then start the game ;)
