Is there any way to update my career player profile or player appearance after a career has started (PS3 Version)?

I didn't fill out a last name or hometown when I first created my career player. So everywhere you see a name it says "C. - - - - - - " ... so I wanted to go back in and add a last name, but it seems you can't? Can't seem to find where I can edit those fields, after the career starts it appears to be read only?

Can you also not go back in and re-sculpt your appearance (body, face, update your weight, etc.)?

Lame.

I respectfully ask the developers to please address this in a future patch. After seeing your player on the court I imagine players would want to sometimes tweak the appearance. Also, if you make typo or something in the player info (name, birthplace, etc.) you have no way of fixing it.

Definitely editing created players after you've created them needs to be addressed in an update of the next version of the game. Customizing your player needs to go beyond changing your shoes and your shorts and your beard style. I can't believe that I don't have the option to wear a hat or a head band sometimes. Whatever hair cut I give my player is what I'm stuck with throughout his entire career. He either permanently wears a hat or no hat at all the entire career. And definitely after we create a player we should be able to test them out on the court and see them in the hot bright sun and if we notice some flaws, be able to go back in and edit him/her.

OK I found out that you can change hairstyles/haircuts of your male players. The problem is that the place where you go to get your hair cut--the "Hair Salon" is on a different floor in the mall than where you go to get your "shave". I was only going to what I thought was the barbershop where you can only change your facial hair. Its kinda cheesy how you have to go to different shops to get both your hair and beard trimmed!! All they had to do was add all the editing options for hair to just one of the shops to make life easy, convenient and much closer to the way things work in the real world.
