xbox360 compatibility

I have a question concerning the compatibility of the game depending of the region. Is it region free ?

I have a japanese Xbox360, I know there should be an asian version but I didn't fine any release date.
So my questions are :
1) Region free ?
2) Asian version release date ?

PAL version was locked to Europe/Australia/USA. No word on whether the NTSC-U version will be locked to keep out NTSC-J, probably.

As for NTSC-J release date, PlayAsia (http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-dw-77-1-49-en-15-top+spin-70-2qr8.html) just lists "July 08" so it's probably the same as the USA release date.
