Why did 2ksports even make prizefighter when they had to know that Venom was eventually going to close down. I like the game but why did they not go with VC and make sure they came out with the best and most realistic boxing game in all areas. Will 2k be able to make a PF2 with VC or someone else behind it. We better get a patch because that would be a bunch of bs to all of us boxing fans. I really hope they make another PF2 and go with VC. It just doesn't make sense that they went with Venom, that is like getting on top of a woman with a huge adams apple.

1. They most likely didn't know that Venom was going to shut down after PF was done. Any studio can close down at any time without much notice, or they can be dropped from their parent company, and then are forced to closed down cause they can't support themselves.

2. VC has no boxing game experience. Venom at least has some, so it makes sense to go with a studio that has made a boxing game before.

3. VC already has a lot on its plate, and you can only grow so quickly. Especially if you want to make sure you hire the best possible people that you can, and not just any Joe Programmer.

And regarding your last remark, is that something you've done before? ;)

Everyone knows that VC would make a great boxing game even on their first try. Venom did not make very good boxing games with the Rocky series even if it was supposed to be based off of the movies. I knew who ever responded to this would ask that question. No I have never experienced that I only mess around with females that look like females and are females. It was just a stupid move in my opinion to go with Venom and I know most people feel the same way.

VC may be able to make an awesome game, but they have to many titles on their plate right now. I dont know whats going to happen if there is a next installment. Hopefully at E3 they have some kind of news about their sports division in general.
