5 abilities ?

Is there anyway i can get 5 abilities for my CAPs w/o going online? I only have a silver subscription. I was online for a while and completed most acievments. just need 20 wins, 50 wins, and championship

No, not that I know of. Most new 360 games come with 1 month trial cards in them. Use one of these (one of your friends probably have one in one of their game's boxes). Go online and get your wins.
