Does anyone else notice this? Help Needed!

Help! I swear TS3 did not do this last week, but it seems now my player will just freeze and stop moving. NOT the game, just the player.

For instance, if I hold down X and use L move the player into position, when he gets close to the ball, L will just stop working. It's like TS3 is snapping the player into position. Then when I release X to swing the ball. Everything works again.

I tested it in career, training, exhibition.

This is how I recreate it. Wait for a cross court shot, HOLD any shot button (say X) Use the left button to run across the baseline to towards the ball. Do not swing, but notice that at some point near the ball - the PLAYER JUST STOPS MOVING!!

ARGHH... Please help anyone else seeing this...Anyone else confirm this?

I think it is possible that it will lock you if you find the best position for the shot.

I guess that makes sense but it is very disconcerting - at least to me.

Can anyone else out there confirm that their TS3 behaves the same way?

yeah i have seen this, if i remember right it done this in TS2... also while playing the AI your player will no its hit a winner before you do and become unresponsive as well just like TS2... and sometimes it will take a step back on its on to get in position without you moving your player.
