Round Time Stuck?

I m not sure if i m doing something daft but i seem to be stuck with a round time of 1.5mins for Career mode.

I have changed them in the options menu and turned off saved by the bell but neither change seems to have worked.

Is there a career options menu i m missing or is it due to the difficulty setting?
