Frustrated

I'm frustrated playing Topspin 3 on the PS3.

I think it is simultaneously too easy and too difficult. It is too easy to hit a normal shot and normal serve (one has to try pretty hard to make an error). Yet it's too difficult to hit a "power" shot or a "risky" shot.

In addition, it's too easy to hit volleys wide. If your opponent is scrambling to the ad side, and you want to hit a volley winner into the deuce side, and you aim that way, too often the player will volley it way wide. Very frustrating.

Hence, the risk factor. Think of "risk shot" as "low percentage shot". You shouldn't be able to hit them consistently.

What type of volley are you trying to hit? Use a safe volley if your opponent is pulled wide. They should have a harder time getting to it anyway. If they are out of position.
