In preparation/excitement of the upcoming season, I wanted to gauge interest for a Cap league, but one not so set on (SIM this and that rules)....giving you more freedom as a coach/player a chance to roll the dice or play it safe in situations like 4 & inches at midfield or 4th and 5 on their 35 (too far for a FG close enough to where if you don't conver they have to drive 65 yards (ie:decent kick return if you did a normal kickoff). B/c IMO playing to rules that are so black and white becomes predictable and boring, alot of times taking excitement out of the game and dumbing it down...Granted there will be guidelines for situations, more to come once interest is measured.....Looking 8-16 players 85% FB up (or voucher, to be fair)

Some Rules for Gold CAP HB's- Workhorse/Stamina Bonus is not an option reguardless of the HB. One or the other is perfectly fine (situation pending, applies to HB).
Top ten picks (08 Draft Only) can be silver (but can only have ONE attribute or if you want them as Bronze thats fine as well) since they have not been tested in the NFL yet it wouldn't be fair if they got two over a proven vet (much like the contracts high picks receive but have never played a snap).
League Rules to Highlight:
1)No huddle WILL be allowed once a drive ONLY AFTER A COMPLETION(lets be real its apart of the NFL, abuse is different) Past that normal rules apply before the 2 min warning in the second or if you're trailing in the fourth. My Suggestion is to your audibles accordingly, thats what they're there for. (I know many eyebrows just went up, I'm sure we'll discuss this on the most)
2)Motion can be used on runs, as long as the man clears the "Tackle" or "TE" (depending on your set).
3)Against Bump motion can be used, THE DB DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SET, BUT HE HAS TO BE OVER THE WR.
4)Manual blitzing is allowed (No nano blitz...ie: jamming b/t the tackles)
5)Substitutions- TE in the slot out wide-ok
HB wide, slot-ok
TE at FB-ok
FB at TE-ok
All Secondary is interchangeable
All LB's are interchangeable
All D-Line is interchangeable
All O-Line is interchangeable
LB's with PASS RUSH BONUS/SACKMASTER are ok as DE on passing downs or Pass Defense formations
6)Also on 4th Downs, BEFORE the 35 punt (inside the 35 is too far for some to kick and too close to punt, most guys can return to the 35 yd line consistently. If trailing in the fourth going for is naturally acceptable, I'm sure we can all agree on that.
All players (aside from rookies must be starters)
