After the first year, WTF?

Ok it seems to me that after the first year of the assosiation, everyone is in my team is in the rate mid 80s, and i see rookies already at 85s and 90s i go wtf? 2K9 should fix because this can effect our salary cap

There are alot of other annoying problems after the 1st year in assoc mode

yea i had about 8 players rated over 80 after my first year and when i went to do training camp they were all back around 75-76 so now my team is rated as low as it was at the beginning of season one

Don't forget how they all want to be starters and sixth man and then get angry about it then comes the trades.

Turn off team chemistry.

The boosts your players get are kinda ridiculous.
