He used to be an elite OLB in the NFL but with him coming back after a sometime away from the game I would make him a bronze with Run Coverage.

Spikes is all about strength for now. Nolan wants him to become ted linebacker, which means his job is to block a lineman for other linebacker to roam free. Spikes isn't a tackling machine anymore since his rotator cuff got screwed up pretty bad - expect to not see him chasing after qb or rb much.

I would create something like this:

Bronze: Spikes - Strength Bonus (or Bull Rush).

You just want to create him the way you want him to be. This is why people despise CAPS.

I would make Takeo Spikes a Silver player...since All Pro 2k8 roster is about the players in their youth and prime. So might as well place Takeo Spikes in his prime on the game and then he would definitely be a Silver... Alot of people is trying to rate people on their performance as of now....But when legends are viewed they are remembered from their past accomplishments...If player was remembered from their last game or years..then Joe Montana, O.J. simpson, Dan Marino would not be a GOLD...The ending of their careers was more like a silver or bronzed calibur...but if you look at their whole career then they are definitely a GOLD....so make Takeo Spikes a Silver

I don't think he is even a Silver based on what you say here. Is he on par with Greg Lloyd and Chuck Bednarek? Or better than Pepper Joyhnson?

Good points to both posts. I'm surprised he's getting this much talk as a silver. I'd expect it if I made him a gold, but not silver. I do appreciate the input.

Takeo only had 85 tackles with the Eagles last year.
I watched almost every Eagles game, and he was ALRIGHT.
