I am thinking of how to make franchise more realistic. Does anyone have any ideas?
I went through the whole roster and changed standing dunk ratings as well as changed sliders to make the gameplay more realistic, but there is a problem with player potential.
I am wondering if you guys think it would be worth it to edit all of the high potential players or, even, bottom out their potential at 50.
To me, players like Kobe are not going to get any better. LeBron might get better, but more than likely he won't get much better... same with Amare... or anyone on that level. In a few years, you've got those guys... along with Oden and Durant... all rated 99s. You've got Monta Ellis at like a 95... and all of those 95 rookies, too.
Does anyone know what the progression rate of potential is, roughly? I know 99 goes up WAY too fast.
I think if that basic issue got fixed... and I could edit some of the high potential, high rated rookies, too, then the game would be pretty realistic when it comes to franchise mode.
