Top Spin fan

Dear 2k sports,I am fan of the Top Spin games.I have played Top Spin 1 and 2.I was very happy when I understood that Top Spin 3 is going out.But when it went out for Xbox360,Wii,Nintendo DS and Playstation 3 it was bad for me because I cannot play it.The reason I can't play it is because all of these gaming platforms are very expensive for my pocket in my country.So my question is:Is there any chance to make the game for PC or Playstation 2?
