[BUG] Disappearing saves

Hi, I'm kinda confused that I always have to play from the beginning since my savegames misteriously disappear!! This happens after an online game is over and the game is stuck on the "PLEASE WAIT" screen so after a 5 minute waiting reboot the system (actually I try to end the game and it just reboots itself). When I log back in, the character I have been using is GONE and that's the second time this happens. So far I've lost 2 70 overall XP points players. This is ruining my nerves since I don't have much time to play and I just want to enjoy the game. Please do something about that issue.

Doesn't seem anyone of the 2ksports team is concerned about single customer's issue at all.

No one in 2k8 sports is working on solve the problems in this game.
