Ryan Hollins = Mouhammed Sene

Hollins needed to be added, so rather than do their homework, 2k just copied one of their players. Oddly enough, they couldn't even spare the time to edit Sene, whose ratings are 100% identical to last year's.

Here's looking forward to them adding Alexis Ajinca so there are two Sene clones on the Bobcats. I still don't get why people think there are knowledgable basketball minds working at 2k. Last year they added two players (Mario West and DJ Strawberry) by just taking the ratings/player model of existing players (Donta Smith and Milt Palacio).

I'm hopeful this is not becoming a common practice, as it is quite lazy. It might seem like nit picking, but if I were a Bobcats fan I wouldn't be pleased with the lack of attention to detail. It might even be worth checking if Hollins has his own player model.

No, we complain when Marcin Gortat is given Mbenga's ratings when he is finally added after two years.

This is Hollins 3rd year as a pro. EA has never had a problem adding missing players. 2k has a long history of missing 50 players per year. Randolph Morris is entering his 3rd year in the league and he ain't in the game. What's funny to me is

A. They couldn't add Hollins last year with the same lazy procedure?
B. They couldn't even find the time to edit Sene's ratings after copying him?

Good catch Rashidi. It is lazy, which is excusable if they are counting on Insider to correct things quickly and not otherwise. Just spending a couple minutes with google would be enough to tweak these scores a little and keep people happy.

I have to agree with Rashidi on this one. How hard is it to get the Rosters correct. The info is so available. Since they have "NBA.com" this year. Just have the game grab the info from the team rosters page. Then have the the ratings calculated based on the player stats. There is no excuse for 3rd year guys to be excluded. Rosters is one area whey NBA LIVE definitely has 2k beat.
