Howcome there are no online lobbies?

only options we have are quick ranked matches, but those arent on hall of fame difficutly, so how do we get to the lobbies? were the lobbies taken out of this years edition?

Probably because the game is not officially out yet. Check in on tuesday.

It's entirely possible that could be the case. Games have street dates for a reason. I wouldn't be suprised if the option were to be released via time-lock or a release day update.

It's definitely because the game isn't meant to be out until the 7th, they probably don't even have the server up and running yet. Back when people got 2k8 early, they had the same problem with no online mode until the official release date hit.

actually there will be no lobbys because the people at 2ksports got tired of people sitting in them not playing games is what i was told..i know this because a person like myself that has the game early his brother works for EA..but yea that is why kinda sucks

hey Jdizzle314 might be right, there are people like that. they just sits in the lobby and don't want to accept any challenge. my rank is in the hundredths but i don't sit in the lobby all day. hey what he said might be true, im going to forward this message in the lobby today. because of them there might not be any lobby.

Nah...i seen the lobby. I was watching someone playing live stream tonight and i saw the lobby with ping and everything...just him in the room though.

my only problem with it is it doesnt seem like you will beable to play ranked games on hall of fame an thats all i play everything other dif is too easy to score.other than that im cool with no lobbies cuz all people did in 2k7 and 2k8 was sit in the lobby an talk **** all day an would never accept a challenge if your record was good

Yeah i agre homie...in 2k8 it is alot of ppl just talking niose and never wanna play.. i really hate that shi...so i dont really care if they took it out

man i loved the lobbies, i could see everyones rank,feedback and dnf if you can still see all that then i dont have a problem with no lobbies but if you cant see that then idk if im still going to get the game i was just about to leave to get it until i heard this its a great game and all but i only want it to play online

How do you play with 3 people on one console vs. 3 people on a different console??? Last year you had to go to custom lobby and you could see who had guests with them before sending a challenge......
