I was just looking at that clip. It almost looks like he lost on purpose... I dunno, though. For the amount of hits dude got on him, very few of them connected and they did very little damage. It looked like Kimbo took a dive. I dunno why.
Not that I am a fan, but that's just what it looked like.

You realize that when people "lose on purpose" that they pay them, right?
To me, I could believe that shamrock never intended to fight him and that they needed to give people something to watch so they had Kimbo lose. They could have at least made it more believable, though.

^^^ I think so too, that punch was classic though caught him totally off guard, but that fight that tripped me out was Rua vs. Radach (for those who watched), dudes were throwing bombs, first time I saw Carano fight too she's pretty good

DENIAL. Kimbo's a bum just like all his followers. lol. We don't need no ghetto drug dealers parading as professional fighters.

HAHA, dude you make the assumption that I even care about UFC and Kimbo... lol.
I'm just saying any fight that lasts like 10 seconds needs to be reviewed. Plus, like I said, dude's punches he threw while Kimbo was on the ground... weren't even hitting him. He might have connected with one or two but mostly he was just swinging at the air. It looked like WWF.

It's all good. He ate that one shot and fell face first. He stiffened up and was definitely stunned. I don't think Kimbo was out but if he had any more experience he instinctively would've at least tried to cover up and get his opponent in his guard, and the fight might not have been stopped right there and then. Although the way Kimbo tried to take down the ref strongly suggests that Kimbo was in la la land for a short time.
