About the Living Rosters feature....
They say that as a player heats up in real life, the Insider will unlock certain player packages that will enable players to use certain signature moves....
1. If say Vince Carter never gets hot-- or gets injured and doesn't play, would we be able to somehow unlock his special signature moves?
2. In Association Mode, will player packages just somehow unlock over time or how does that work? Because I can recall the Insider sayin that the Season and Association Modes will not be affected by the Living Rosters feature...
3. Will there be a way to put a code in and have the special packages unlocked all the time? So that if say I play with my impatient brother, we can have the full 2k9 experience every time and not have to have it randomly activated...
