Man I don't know if it's the ticker that's making the team selection laggy, or it the jerseys or the highlight reels. I turned off the ticker and it stills lags (selecting teams).

Also during a quick game, when ever the ball switch possessions, like say i get a turnover, the game freezes a bit then comes back. I haven't tried playing without being connected to xbox live, but I'm pretty sure that not the issue. Please, 2K, fix it my friends and I love this game and I don't want to tell them about bugs when they come over to play.

This **** sucks!!!!!!!! some dude just put up 50 with D Wade by doing a bunch of ********, where he forced his way to the hole and kept laying it up........OVER GARNETT!!!!!!!!!!! ***UPDATE*** Even when I'm not connected to Xbox live, an exhibition game still gets choppy whenever the ball switches between the teams, like getting a defensive rebound or a steal.

What's up with the online multiplayer??? My buddies and I are sitting in the living room with controllers in hand waiting to give a beat-down to any other 3 man team that wants to get beat......any idea what's up with the online multiplayer? As for the camera issue, relax chumps, the 2k camera was whack anyway, all it did was delay the fastbreak.....then again i guess the "frustration" comin' from all these rookies would make sense.

so they really did take out 2k camera , I just finished my first online game and could not find 2k camera view for nothing. At first I thought I was doing something wrong now I know its not in the game. This is terrible. Your exactly right how you gonna take out a camera view thats been in the game since the first 2k. When dreamcast was out. You get devoted fans then you just take out the camera view. Its called 2k view you guys named it after the dam game for god sakes then you take it out. You guys should talk with the developers of MADDEN and tell them they should also take out there up and down long view, and that all Madden players will now have to play a side view , watch how many fans they loose.

I really love this game but there are indeed some (minor) problems. Did anybody else notice blurry player portraits?

1.) 2k9 crowds graphic seems better than the players in the game.(that why framedrop badly)
2.) 2k9 first penalty shoot have a big framedrop which I can't shoot it porperly.
3.) 2k9 signature hightlights is so weird, the angle make you can't see what are the players doing and over close up.

I sign the petition. 2K is known for its smooth gameplay. It is so choppy with the 2k camera, and the blurry textures are completely unacceptable as well. However, the biggest issue is the choppy gameplay - I cannot believe it has taken a step backwards from last year.

Also, the fact that the ps3 under-performs (even worse framerate and horrible jaggies) is also inexcusable. It simply means that the developers did not take the time to optimize the game for the platform.

The transition in 2K camera view lags terribly. I really feel that the developers didn't realize there was a problem until too late, and decided to just release the game. This would explain why they don't have this camera view online because they decided to get rid of it instead of fix it. I've been a 2k sports fan since dreamcast days but I am really considering switching to Live. This is really unacceptable.

I have been a fan of your NBA 2k series since its inception on the Dreamcast. Throughout the years i've bought every one you have put out. I've never missed a single year. Each year I would have minor complaints....(No Michael Jordan, Not enough throwback jersey's, slow to non-existent roster upgrades) but I always looked passed those nagging concerns because the gameplay was always stellar. This years' game I can't help but to feel that you dropped the ball in the gameplay aspect. I have no doubt that you will fix it with a patch soon. The only thing i'm concerned about is the vibe i'm getting from the administrator. I can't help but to feel that we're getting a kind of silent...."it'll be done when it's done" attitude. With no update on how it's coming along. Like I said in the beginning i've been a fan since it's inception but I can't help but to feel a little cheated. With that said, i am a long time fan of the series and i hate to end on a sour note. So here's what I do like...the overall presentation is the best yet....graphics,roster upgrade,commentary,player signature style.

Cmon 2K, where the hell was quality control on this one? i went back to my NBA 2K8, but since they aren't giving us roster updates, Im about to switch over to NBA Live for the first time since I got 2K with Dreamcast.. All the anticipation for nothing.. I played one game, tried to desperately find another suitable view, but nothin compares to 2K View... and the lag happens to all the views that have the auto-rotate feature.. get to work!
