I'm new to the 2k9 sports games so I dont know but how do you get to play a game in season or association modes its like I just want to play a game and cant find the screen that allows me to do this. also how do I make trades I cant find this menu either.

flick the right stick and select SimCentral. This will bring up your schedule and all you have to do is select the game you want to play, sim through the day, and when it has simmed to your game select play this game.
