When I am in the begining why can I only play games but not ranked games?

When im in a game I see the option to double team, but it doiesnt allow me to me to use it/

this game online play is horrable. no other way to put if from the corny looking avatars unfreindly navagation man they need to fire the whole online operations team cause this is unreal how bad it is game play is best looking **** you will ever see but online play is worse than bad lobbies are a mission to get to and you get booted out for no reason. wow what a joke ..

why cant i play as the home team?Even if we both have full connection i send a challenge and it will say game can not be started refer to online faq or 2ksports web site for information on this topic. my record is 10-20 and every game has been away.
