its always freeze on the menu screen. and when I want to play a lobby game its says refer to the faq and 2ksport.com

Hopefully tomorrow there will be an Online Developer that will be answering questions by us gamers, the mod "Ron" has posted a locked thread about that in the general discussion section, check it out.
