Does anyone find this "in and out" move hard to pull off? I can do all the other iso moves with ease, but this in and out is killing me.
the tutorial simply says "pull the LT and RT, move the RS from the ball hand to off hand, then move it back", while this sounds pretty logical, it is incredibly hard to pull off tho.
Does anyone else have this problem? or am I not doing it right? (I have tried players from all positions with this move, from AI to Yao, no success...)

I thought it was LS (on the Xbox 360). Anyway, I did it by holding left and right a split second longer than what was intuitive. Player does a little shimmy as he dribbles. I'm not sure if that's the in and out or if I'm accidentally doing some other move but there you go.

yeah sry it's the Left Stick(LS) on xbox360. Still no luck til now. is this a glitch? could it be like they forgot to implement this actual move in the game? LOL. I mean if it's this hard to do in practice, there is no way anyone can do this move in a actaul game! Any PS3 player pulled this move off?

LOL. If you are playing the game on the broadcast cam, the dribbler has the ball on his right hand, hold LT and RT and move the leftstick up then down. It's not hard really. Here's a video from 2K8, but it's still the same controls:
