Why did they take them out?????....that was the funniest part of the leagues.....it was so much easier to trade and play

i dont know how lobbies made trades easier or to play really. When you enter a league it lets you know whos able to play i kinda dig it this way the team logo lights up and you send an invite.

Eh ive never seen more then 3-4 people in the lobby at the same time and ive finshed 5 or so 82 game leagues i just send trades and then they can send me a counter offer.

I agree. In my 30 team league I have never seen the chat room as a major form of communication. Most trades are worked out on live, AIM, or forums. This is not a big loss for me at all.
