Online freezing and error

Does anyone know when 2K is going to fix the freezing in online? Also, what do you have to do when you get the online faq error?

still waiting for a fix

- doesnt let me play online
- tells me i don't have updated roster (which i do)
- doesnt let me see a lobby (not sure even if it has one)


i think i've seen almost all the types of errors
