As far as I know there is no APF2K9 or 10 in the works, or any other football title. 2K Sports is currently focusing on their successful titles and working to become profitable in the wake of the EA take over attempt.

Sadly, I think your are right. If there was going to be a 2k10, I think we would have heard something by now. Sigh.
