Hey :)
I started playing 2k9 last night on my PC, it's the first 2k i've played since 2k7 on the ps2 so I'm a bit behind the times and the controls are taking some getting used to.
Problem is I ran tutorial 2 or 3 times last night and I just cannot seem to pull off the moves on a regular basis. For example the crossover, hold B6 and move the left stick towards the players free hand, I tried this about 20 times and maybe got a crossover going 2 or 3 times :S
Part of this is confusion I guess, I don't know if I'm suppose to be pushing the direction based on where my player is standing on the screen or like if his left hand is free I press left on the stick, it's very complicated for me :\
Also the tutorial seems to miss out a few key controls, like in 2k7 there was a way to bring up a playbook on court to call quickly for a pick etc, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this in 2k9, so running different plays is basically impossible.
I'm using the XBOX360 controller, I read on some other forum that the default drivers for this are overly sensitive and that there are some alternate drivers to get a more normal response from the controller, if anyone has some experience with this please let me know :)
I think this is a great game, but atm the controls are so overwhelming I'm not really able to play anywhere near how I want to, if someone got some tips please help me out :D
Cheers.
