Hey.
I am one of the IWL's creator. IWL 08 is a patch who add the israeli league for NBA LIVE 08. This patch is very qualitative and invested amazingly.
So, Now, without a NBA LIVE series for PC, we want to create a patch for NBA2K9 but we don't have a Editor software for the IFF file (the NBA2K9 files). so, if you can, give me the software for the files editor IFF for the NBA2k9 PC.
