I was never one to use my PC for gaming but with the recent rise in console gaming prices Im coming around to it. I bought NBA 2K9 and it installed perfect and runs all the menus fine. When I go to play a game in any game mode thats when I have a problem. I can see the scoreboard fine and as well as hear the audio but the players, arenas, etc. break up. The only way to describe it is like when theres really bad weather and your satalite tv picture pixels break up. I thought my pc met the minimum requirements:
OS
Windows Vista SP 1
Processor
Enhanced Intel® Centrino®
Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile
Processor Speed
2.0GHz
System Bus
667MHz
Cache Memory
2MB on die Level 2
System Memory (RAM)
3GB
Type of Memory (RAM)
PC2-5300 DDR2
Graphics
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100
Video Memory
358MB

So if im experiencing this problem then I must not? Help is appreciated!

You don't have a graphics card, it's integrated and won't be able to play the game at decent framerates.
