you dont need that crap, press PRT SCRN SYS RQ its a key on your keyboard usually next to scroll lock

It's saved in your clipboard, all you have to do is open PAINT and Go to edit and hit paste and its done.

try Shup, http://shup.com/ , you can crop and upload your pictures with a few clicks
