World Baseball Classic in 2K9?

With the WBC happening again in 2009, does anyone think we will have a WBC mode in 2K9, something like we had in 2K6?

I would like to see this mode, especially if we can get some of the other international stadiums, uniforms, etc.

Thoughts from anyone?

I think it is a possibility that they'll add in the WBC. I, too, hope that if this mode is added, that they incorporate the other non-MLB used stadiums.

I'll be surprised if the World Baseball Classic isn't included in MLB 2K9, but then again, I've been disappointed many times before. :)

Hopefully, the coverboy will be pitching for the good ol' US of A. We could use him.

I wouldnt be suprised if they didnt change a thing and just tweaked the graphics. I mean serously..will they keep the cards thing? will they think to add WBC? I wouldnt bet on it

The other teams just had generic players. I dont even remember if the had guys like Ichiro on Japan etc....As far as modes it was basically and international tournament mode. Nothing special to it

It'd be fun but it wouldn't be that much fun. A lot of it would be unrealistic, like the majority of 2k's games. Lack of detail and unrealistic looking players really makes me uninterested in the game, but maybe that's just me? If they made a WBC for this game, the players would be different and that just seems sort of boring to me.

ahh i dont care THAT much if they put it in the game. If they have extra room, I'd rather have this than trading cards. But I'd rather have them focus on other things for the game if they can. Like franchise mode, player pics/stadiums, and gameplay.

of course it is who u think it is baby yeeeaaa im back in a different outfit haha i dont know whats wrong with my account i cant get into it but yea im on this 1 for future notice gotta start from scratch but ne way to put that in 2k9 would b a stretch just please focus on that game and working on making it great its a shame i still find my self mvp 2005 i played a cubs cardinals game that was so intense and fun i lost 4-1 scott rolen had all four rbi's imma big online guy but when im in the mood for a good exhibition game thats what i miss...

all i care is like semescorin said is a great game. i dont know how many times i can stretch that. big thing for me is replayibility. do i care if its in ther no. will i prolly play it no. but that would be cool if in franchise mode in came uop every 4 years then i might consider it
