Will MLB 2K9 be region free on the XBox360?

Will MLB2K9 be region free so that XBox 360 users in Europe can join in the fun?

I'm sure that will be allowed, I don't see why not. But I have a PS3, not a 360.

Well I also hope that they make MLB2K9 Region Free on the Xbox 360.

I bought the asian NTSC-J Version of MLB2K8 because it was Region Free and playable on my Xbox 360 PAL and man what fun it was to play that game and still is.

Another plea for MLB 2K9 to be region free on the XBox360. Since moving to the UK three years ago I haven't been able to play a baseball game.

Would be nice to get informed by 2K how they handle the "region code" of MLB2K9 for the Xbox 360 so everyone who doesn't own a NTSC Xbox is able to pre-order ... or not .

Last year Ron posted in a similiar thread that the "Region Code Free" thing was a topic for the developers but the result never told.

I think it's about time to give this information to the public now it's only 1 1/2 month till release and this information is needed for alot of us.
