If this were any other service or item in my state it would be considered theft. Unfortunatly, $40 is only a misdemenor.

Are you kidding me? 2k doesn't care....look at NHL 2k9....it freezes every single time. I can't even play it anymore and never finished a season.. Tech support and Customer Service are no help either, they don't respond.

I just hope their updates make some major changes in the game.
1. Even though you start earlier than the initial free agency signing period, you should be able to put the players that will start this season on their respective teams earlier. CC signing for 10 years with the Brewers or Teixeira signing 8 with the Angels changes the dynamic of the league for multiple years...
2. Someone said that if played out game by game the statistics become accurate and realistic. That said, if they are simmed ridiculous things happen. Miguel Cabrera batting .387 with 185 Runs, 190 RBI's and 75 HR's would never happen in REAL LIFE!
Get to work 2K SPORTS, you're losing a customer quickly...
