New Stadiums (NY-NY)

I certainly hope that CitiField and the new Yankee Stadium are accurately represented in this game. They sort of dropped the ball with the DC park last year (at least in the Wii version).

On a side note, if they took out all the extras, would that give them the ability to focus only on actual game play issues? I ask that as a non-techie who knows nothing about video game design. I'd gladly give up the Skybox (or whatever they call it), the WBC, and the other "non-season" carp for improvements elsewhere.

When I sent them the document of graphical changes & errors a few months ago, I included quite a few pictures of each new stadium, and of the renovations being done to Kauffman Stadium as well. So, hopefully, they will take a good look at those when creating their stadiums.

lol...I'd be suprised if they didn't have both. These are both major market teams (obviously;)) and people were even asking for them last year too. It would be a big mistake on their part if they weren't in IMO. I'm sure they'll be in, the question will be the quality of them. We'll see.

I dont know we are talking about 2k, I wouldnt be surprised if neither were in the game too start. They would probally have a update and make u download them from the marketplace.

yeah Kauffman has totally been re-done they really need 2 change it on the game

I would think since NY is such a huge market that they would put the new NY stadiums in it...I would hope things like the name change on the Indians stadium, the renovations in Kc, and the change in Baltimore....i wouldn't think 2k would screw every one over on the stadiums when they could just do it with the game itself...all joking aside i hope they make a good game this year.....would really like to see screen shots though

Lets hope they come close on Citi Field and Yankee Stadium. I could care less about the Royals and their stadium. Why bother upgrading a place that no one even cares about?

Not everyone gives a crap about the NY stadiums like you think...most people probably just hope that their favorite teams stadium is accurate and thats all...hence why people care about KC, and all the others

Agreed, I could care less about Yankee/Mets stadium, I just want to see an updated Kauffman in the game (and in real life). They've had the fences wrong on Kauffman for like... at least 5 or 6 years now.

I hope Kauffman is updated too. In the screen shot of Gordon, the Crown looks like drawings I've seen of the new one, so lets hope.
