hehe, I didn't even realize that you're also a Cat's fan :) I'm willing to bet that 95% of this forum are Cat fans :) J/K I think that if our Twin Towers mature fast enough, and we can get some consistent perimeter shooting from Fitch and Azibuke we will be golden. Oh, and we NEED a bigger presence from Chuck Hayes :)

You dont have the players or the coach, Tubby won with Pitino's recrutis, UK has lost its two best players and last year Uk's recruiting was tied with three or four other teams for 25th and this year wernt ranked or got a honorable mention.

UCONN - i have nothing against the fans, but they have really underhanded cheap ways of getting recruits, i.e. Rudy ***. They gave his friend, who is a really bad SG that didnt even start some games for his high school a full scholarship in order to convince rudy to go.

By the way, i'm a maryland fan. And we were the other team he was choosing between.

u dont keep up with college basketball do u?? i dont care about '98 cause that was in the past and they might have been pitinos "team" but tubby was the coach so actually u can say nothing about that, tubby won the championship with them, not pitino, but anywayz, last year....who was coach of the year? tubby smith, who went undeafeated in the SEC? Kentucky. I agree we have some work to do but we will mature into a good team....mark my word

you're right and its harder to win with another guys recruits because they dont fit your coaching style
