What Running backs can do the scissor kicks?

Even though he doesn't have the ability someone used the sissor kick with Roger Craig against me. Are there any others that can do this?

When he's gaining speed he kinda does it though. I think Tony Nathan does it too.

A lot of players have hidden abilities. Like return specialists have better hands, deep threat gives a sort of acrobatic catching ability to WRs downfield, and so on.

nathan, craig, waters, have the high steping animation. The animation comes about when in open field acclerating for yards. payton has the scssiors kick, which is "right" for him but STRAIGHT CHEESE for CAPs that have speed burner. Cheesers just need to die where they stand.

I noticed playing with Sweetness that after he gets past the 1st layer of defense he will hold the ball with two hands with his back slightly hunched. It reminds me of what deion would do in the NFL.
