What is PlayMakers?

ESPN Original Entertainment's first-ever dramatic series, is a gritty ensemble chronicling the behind-the-scenes and off-the-field lives of the players, families, coaches and owner of a fictional professional football team.

We will draft 44 forum members (anyone from 2ksports or 2kfootballstrategy) for 4 teams. We will have a playoff and the winners will meet in the Playmakers New Year's Bowl.

Team builds: As part of the fun, we will experiment with all zero ability players and various body shapes. You are encouraged to depict forum members with various body sizes and facial characteristics. You can use pics from XboxLive avatars to get an idea of gamer's physical characteristics.

We just need 2 more players:

1) You must be available to conduct a draft, play your playoff game and play on New Years Day if you win the playoff.

2) You must write short bios, game reviews, off the field story lines and events, etc. about your players and games.

3) You must provide several photos or video of your game. (Hopefully you have a decent monitor and digital camera).

This is a good idea though, brings more interest back into the game.

Have a player draft of games... It would be fun...

Only thing is I can't even think of 45 players that still play the game.

OK how about country & western? I dunno, we need a story line, if you could team with brownster1412 and tag team for the WWE as 'The Country Dumplins' or 'Corn Fritters' or something... got to help us out here since you are in the boonies... not much to work with. If we get two more owners i am sure Eb gets in... he is from the big city and can rap!

Playmakers ISO two more owners that can write, be dependable and take some photos (all three). Probably leaves all you losers out but we're trying. (see post #1 for details.)

So far all we have is gunther who can't write and is not dependable... so this probably isn't going to happen even though footballschemer, ZEUS and guava9 really want to be in it (I don't think guava would get drafted anyway).
