APF2k8 for 360 or PS3?

Is there a difference in graphics or gameplay between the two?

The 360 has a faster framerate, 60 versus the 30 of the PS3 -- I have both versions and prefer the 360 version.

I'm not positive but didn't the 360 version get a patch to make the gameplay better and the PS3 didn't ?

Yep 360 is patched. There's more 360 leagues AND players.

The 360 version has been patched in lobby play. The PS3 version has not.

PS3 = Delicious ice cream
360 = Delicious ice cream with hot fudge on top

Both are great, but the game was programmed for XBOX 360 so the framerate is faster. As a bonus, more players are online with 360.

If you have PS3 and 360, get the 360 version. But if you only have PS3, you'll still love PS3 version.

I just got the PS3 version, don't have a 360. I hate quick match / lobby play after only a few days. Seems everyone does the kick to the edge of the field in order to get lucky bounce and pin you deep, and they block FGs using the constant hole to the left of the center and they constantly go for it on fourth down no matter where they are on the field. I rate them negative whether I win or lose when they do either of those things. Simply 'Bad Sportsmanship'.

I want to try league play, to see if its any better there don't seem to be many PS3 leagues, maybe only one, and its full which means no 'sim' games online.

I thought I'd like single player season, but I don't want to play 12 min accel clock quarters just to be able to compete in stats with the other teams that have their games simulated...

Thanks Don. I'm all but ready to give up on the PS3 version... I'm trying to start a league with little or no response, everyone on these forums is XBOX360 and you are pretty much ignored if you aren't part of their cliche. I've tried all the other forums as well and they all seem the same...

Add "Higgus" as well on PSN. There's not any room in my league but I'll play in you a lobby game and I guarantee it will be fun and competitive.
