Interestingly enough, no one has selected the giant ball of suck that is the Angels. Based on how they programmed the players, the roster is probably the instant win button for a couple of years at least.

FWIW, I talked to UHArchmajor via aim and he said he was more than willing to set things up or at least help to set things up. It sounded like he has quite a bit of experience with setting other sim leagues up, so you might get in contact w/ him if the OP doesn't show up soon.

considering it's been a week since the original guy has posted anything, as soon as I get the game, I'll set up a forum just for the league for us to post on. I'll try to contact you if you posted with your contact info for that web address.

I'm not sure if I'm picking it up today or tomorrow, depends on which the stores around here get it.

I'll be willing to join and I'm not too concerned about what team I get saddled with.. at the same point, I also have a lot of experience running leagues along these lines.. and once I get the game in hand I'll get a quick grip on what capabilities are available and see about putting together a good site/etc..

I tend to avoid instant messengers as a rule (doesn't work well with the normal 9-5 - but can be found on Gmail chat most of the time (micah.imparato@gmail.com)

Yeah.. I have no problems with that.. I need to get the game into my hand to see what's built-it, what's available and easy, etc.. it's not like Xbox live/PS3 where we're limited to what they provide.. but then again - I don't see any PC users who picked up a copy today =/

well since I've helped organize this, I have to say this: I do not plan on purchasing this game until a patch is released. Not sure who else is organizing a league.
