Hate to say it, but I am already bored with the game. It feels like its not put together well enough to hold my interest. I'm going to hope that MLB 09's new franchise features are implemented better than FOM.

The way the games play out is nice and it may keep me interested to play for a couple of game years at a time but never through a 30 year career. Meanwhile my current OOTP career is going on 60+ game years. I'll probably go back to that after a couple more days unless things become really interesting in FOM.

hopefully the forming of online leagues will help keep things active. Actually dealing with human owners rather then just the AI.

OOTP is so well designed that it keeps things interesting. I think it's also a lot deeper.

No, but you get a free game of FoM.
I'm still excited to try it out.
FWIW, in OOTP it's 1912 and I just signed Shoeless Joe long term!!

One of the best parts of OOTP is that they listen to their community. If only some of these other companies would do that...
