They should go to at least 10/20 stadiums, and draw up animations for every fan they view. Then input these animations in the stands. Stop having the same fan do the same thing over and over and over. Also, go deeper with the presentations, and replays at halftime, and during the season mode.

I would like to add that often the animations' setting does not match the arena.
It's a minor detail and I understand the why and how, but just wanted to add the suggestion.
Also, some animations have guys supporting themselves on the seatbacks of the stadium seating but there are not actually any seatbacks. Just bench seating. So they are leaning on thin air.
Shots of the team bench sometimes show them floating above their bench (actually not sure if I see any seating for the players in the cut-scenes at all).
For more crowd interaction resource material, attend a game at Cameron Indoor stadium or ask for some B-roll footage from the ACC. Those fans are extremely creative.

Great suggestions. VC definately needs to put serious work into the Arena atmospheres. Ohio State Stadium should rock much louder than Bushwick University. lol
They also should add more features within Dynasty Mode, and make sure we can see the Team rankings next to their names this year throughout the season. AND MAKE THE IMPORTING ROSTERS CORRECT THIS TIME AROUND!!
