I wanna know too. Seems like everyone recovers onside kicks against me, but I can't recover a single one.

Well since I'm usually down in the 4th quarter I've found that if I kick the ball right at that first guy on the onside kick return team I have the best chance of recovering. Basically what I do is I do not adjust the height at all. I keep it level and in this case I'm using a right footed kicker I move the stick as far to the right as I can. Obviously the meter stops about a third of the way over but thats where you want it. Then just kick like normal. The harder the better. Make sure you have some loose ball magnets, if any, on your recovery team.

I get all my onside because I put Joe Montana as kicker. The Return men can't pick up the ball MUAHAHAHAH!

Personally, I just have 3 or 4 different ways to kick the ball that causes the ball to go a specific direction. Since I know where the ball is going to go ahead of time, I head where the ball is going to end up, not where the ball is. As a result, I tend to have pretty good success with it.

Buff, d'you mean you just pull it back and hold it all the way through the kicking motion?

YEP. pull back and DONT let go till the ball is kicked. if you have trouble getting the ball to go in front of their line you can do a quater circle left, so from 6 o'clock to 7-8 o'clock on the kick stick.
