I was watching the sound trailers which were put up recently and in the second video when Lyle Overbay is batting, his helmet appears grey.
This is the colour of the Jays helmets always, either home or away:

Used to have that problem with the Vancouver Canucks on older 2K Hockey games. Don't know why 2K seems to make the same problems in all of their games. They might end up losing their MLB license too if they don't get some testers that are knowledgable about the sport.

No one in the staes cares about the Jays, that's what i blame it on.

yeah but why cant they get a detail so small as this right? I mean come on.
Madden didnt become the legendary video game it is by routinely screwing up something as simple as uniforms.

Yes, madden a great example, the same gameplay for 6 years, with no improvement, lol. An arcade football game masquerading as a sim. Funny guy you are. It is a minor issue if ever I saw one.
