Bug of mound visit?

When I was playing Philles, I did a mound visit on the first inning.
Mound visit became not allowed and I know this is correct.
After one more hitter is out, I subbed out my starting pitcher but mound visit was still not allowed.
Even it was still on the first inning, as my understanding, mound visit shall be allowed again after a new pitcher has being subbed in.
I tried this in 2k8, the rule of mound visit is same as my understanding.
The rule of mound visit in 2k9 seems incorrect.

Same here , in the third inning with kazmir, then subbed by Balfour and I couldn't mound visit again.

yea it might just be a glitch or because its a demo they didn't give you all the freedom of a real game

I'll give this a try tomorrow to verify is this is the case. I did notice as you say that you could not visit the mound again on the same pitcher, but I hadnt tried at all with my relief since I had no reason. I'll get back to you.
