Citi Field problem......

Every video or image of the game that I have seen, shows the wall colors of Citi Field as green. Why is this? They have not yet put up the padding on the walls of the actual field yet, but in the renderings of Citi Field, the walls are blue. Now the videos for MLB The Show, show the walls as blue, which is the way they are supposed to be. Now I played the demo of 2k9, and I think it is great. Great improvement from last years. So I'm not trying to bash the game, or game play in any way. It's just I am Mets fan, as you could tell, so I would like the real experience of the field. I know your probably saying that I'm very picky, but I just can't help it. It really bugs me that we can't get something so small, like the color of the walls correctly. I would really hope that they put a patch out to correct this. Please change the colors of the walls in Citi Field to blue, like they are supposed to be..................

I'm pretty sure The Show got this one wrong. Several people have said the walls are supposed to be green, not blue. 2k finally got a detail right!

The picture shown says nothing. They didn't put all the ads up yet, or finish the painting. And the walls in that picture are black, not green like you say they are supposed to be. Go to the Mets website and take a look at how the stadium is gonna look when it's completed.

they still didnt fix the 2nd scoreboard in the final release..very dissapointing there is supposed to be a a second scoreboard to the right of the center one not a giant pepsi sign!! ughghgjh damnit!

The Picture stems you are looking at on the mets site is the rendering.

opg4 yeah i know the ones on the Mets' site are renderings. That is what it is gonna look like when they are finally complete. And the Mets have them as blue, so why would they put up the wrong color on their website? ooopnut5, yeah they messed up the one scoreboard also :\.

Based on everything I've seen, the walls are green. Also, look at the rest of the ballpark and the girders and everything else is green. I can't imagine they would put blue padding on the walls against gree, which appears to be an accent color for everything else.

Blue walls would stick out like an eye sore.

Padding on the wall is blue in the game. after look grey-blue. They may be an off green, but they definitely arent a solid green or a solid blue.
