Are Drafts done over the XBOX or Computer??

Me and my friends are going to do a Fantasy Draft for MLB 2K9 and wanted to know if it is run over the XBOX (like in NBA 2k8) not sure about NBA 2k9) or over the Computer (Like In MLB 2k7 and 8).
