Once he plays a game this year he will be officially named. No worries, as mentioned before you can rename him if you simply can't wait until April.

They also left Peter Moylan out of the bullpen.
Is that because he hasn't pitched in a real game since his injury?

You know what i'm not completely sure about that one. He did indeed play last year, granted not much. In fact he has played for the last three years, so i'm not sure exactly why he is not in the game. He will likely be added in around May when he comes back.
While we are on the Braves i have noticed that they still have Chris Resop in AAA but they sold his contract to a team in Japan. Most if not all players retired or playing in Japan were supposed to be removed from the minors with this latest update, i'd like to point that out. What i did when i edited my roster was put Vladimir Nunez from free agency in place of Resop in AAA since Nunez should be on the Braves.

Moylan also throws overhand in the game from the windup, not side arm from the stretch

Thanks for hearing me out on the Resop move! I was pleasantly surprised to see Nunez now in his place.
