I hope this topic goes here. I am not interested in a Franchise league

Is there any way to have more than one team in control? I set up a Franchise league and the Red Sox are the only team that I can add free agents.

In Addition, I just want to play a league and then just keep playing leagues. I don't want to do Franchise. Is there any way to make additions to a team without getting involved with the salary constraints? I tried to make a trade and it was declined because one player was making much more money than the other player.

Finally, we have to find a way to get rid of the flash of light after each pirch and ot before each pitch.

Yeah, just select more than one team when you start the franchise. I thought I saw an option to turn salary off as well (but I might be thinking NHL).

Is there any way to turn off salaries. I just want to play a season and keep starting over again playing seasons. In that way, I will have the same players every season. I tried to put manny on the Dodgers but there was not any money available to sign him. In short, is there any way around the salary. I just want to update rosters without the salary impeding my progress.
