I only did the guys in the Free Agent pool since the teams ones have been done by most people:

Here are some I found in the Free Agent Pool:

Starting Pitching
#77 BH Rating of 54 (can't remember original name)= Blake Hawksworth. Put him on Memphis (Cardinals Triple A)
#27 Jake Krevsi= Ramon Ortiz (has his picture). Put him on San Francisco Triple A (minor league contract)
#72 Aaron Mason=Adam Miller (Put him on Cleveland Indians minor league system)
#45 Kirk Darby=Kyle Drabek (put him in Phillies minor league system)
#58 Tim Harikkala=Tommy Hanson (put him in Braves minor league system)
#62 Mark Baker=Madison Bumgarner (put him in Giants minor league system)
#19 Jake Jacobson=Jeremy Jeffress (race is incorrect but should be in Brewers minor league system)

Relief Pitchers
#48 Randy Parsons=Rick Porcello (race is incorrect, however should be in Tigers minor league system)
#47 Tim Szotak=Scott Mathieson (put him in Phillies minor league system. Check player card under pitching stats...3 clicks of rt)

SetUp Pitchers
#32 Ryan Moss= Ron Mahay (put in Royals Triple A. Birthyear is incorrect but everything else matches. Birth years are wrong on all "replacement" players who participated in the 95 strike. So Kevin Millar's [Kyle Morgan of the Blue Jays] and Jamie Walker's [Jim Wilson of the Orioles] are also wrong)

Closers
#48 Robb Graman= John Rhienecker (still a free agent)

LF
#13 Mark Lowry- Matt LaPorta (put in Indians minor league system)

CF
#19 Felipe Marrero=Fernando Martinez (put in Mets minor league system but race is incorrect)
#25 Jack Martin=John Mayberry Jr. (race is incorrect. Should be in Phillies organization)

RF
#51 James Hunter= Jason Heyward (put in Braves minor league system)

Also Nick Rice= Nolan Reimold ( Place in Orioles Minor Leage System)

forgot about him Meekay. Listed as a 1B. Race is incorrect, however.

Crap, Matheison did make the game, and I'm already at my edit limit. Is there any way to "un-edit" without resetting the whole roster?

is shawn kelley or chris jakubauskas in this game at all? it looks like jakubauskas could be in the bullpen with the mariners this year

how about my boy JOSH LINBLOM , can u find him in the dodgers or free agent pool? cause he is expected to do big things, he out shined the the pitchers for the 5 th spot of dodger rotation. but hes looking to be called up when season starts. they have articles on him in the dodger web page headline
